Five premium whiskies. Zero labels.
Join us at Claywood for an interactive blind whiskey tasting featuring five celebrated bourbons and ryes from Kentucky’s most respected distilleries. Each pour is served completely blind, challenging guests to rely on aroma, flavor, finish, and instinct alone.
Throughout the evening, guests will log in and submit their guesses for each whiskey while learning tasting notes, distillery history, mash bill differences, barrel aging techniques, and the stories behind each pour.
Think you know your bourbon?

Our 2026 Wine & Whiskey Coursing Dinners are thoughtfully curated, seasonal dining experiences designed to bring guests deeper into the story of food and drink.
For 2026, we’ve refined the format to offer four curated pours of whiskey and four curated pours of wine. Upon arrival, guests will choose their preferred pairing path — whiskey or wine — and enjoy four thoughtful pairings designed to rival one another in complexity, balance, and impact.
Throughout the evening, guests can expect in-depth storytelling and education around both the culinary and beverage selections, creating an immersive, elevated experience — not just a dinner, but a journey.
